Mission: Beneath The Healing is a faith-based mental health business with a mission to provide a safe and nurturing environment where individuals can embark on a transformative journey towards healing while providing therapeutic interventions and psychoeducation that support individuals in their journey toward holistic healing and alignment of the body, mind, soul, and spirit. With a deep understanding of faith and spirituality to facilitate holistic wellness and promote lasting change, we are committed to making these services accessible to all communities, regardless of income or background.
Vision: To empower individuals with tools and resources needed to achieve complete alignment and healing in their lives. Healing for the body as we learn where our challenges can manifest physically, healing for the soul as we dive deep into our inner self, exploring the ways our emotions can subconsciously lead us, healing for the mind as we learn how to maintain coherent thinking and lead with intention, and healing for the spirit as we explore rooting our strength in God when we cannot lean on our own understanding.
What We Do: Leading with a trauma-informed care to support the inner-healing process, we utilize mental health curriculum to guide healing groups, mindfulness seminars, life-coaching and community partnerships to deliver age-appropriate psychoeducation to the community while nurturing healing beneath the surface.
