7-Days of Healing

Do you know those moments where you KNOW your should be doing something for yourself but you simply can’t? Yeah SAME!! I find myself constantly trying to figure out a way to get inspired or kick into some high self-care and then I’m met with resistance. Why do you think that is? Welp, let me help you out. Because you are trying to pour from an empty cup! How can you create anything if you haven’t replenished your tools? A painter can’t create his new masterpiece without the paint and brushes and you can’t jump into inspiration if you haven’t replenished yourself first.

That’s where 7-Days of Healing comes in! For 1 week, I will share prompts that include breath work, meditation and some questions to get things going. You can follow these questions or you can free-flow on your own. Either way, the challenge is to pause and show up for you FIRST!

This challenge will have you paying more attention to you body and work towards learning how to listen to it more. In this current life, we are constantly rushing and moving onto the next great idea before checking in with ourselves and reflecting on the current moment. We have to remember healing starts with our bodies. The very vessel that moves us around, gets hungry all the time (is that just me?) is sleepy, get’s sick and pretty much takes the brunt force of our days. We need to start there.
